ACCOUNTABILITY CIRCLES — GROUP HEALING
You Were Never Meant to HEAL in Silence. Neither Were Your Sisters.
Rooted in the historical power of Sista Circles — spaces Black women have created for centuries to hold each other, heal each other, and tell each other the truth — this is community healing that goes all the way

SISTERHOOD.
You Have Been Surrounded by People and Still Felt Completely Alone in What You Are Carrying.
There is a specific kind of loneliness that comes from being the strong friend. The one everyone calls. The one who always shows up. The one who never lets anyone see how much it costs her.
Sista Circles exist for that woman — not as a support group where everyone is struggling without direction, but as a structured, facilitated healing community where Black women come together with intention and the clinical framework of the ANCHOR methodology as their guide.
WHAT HAPPENS IN THE CIRCLE
You Will Feel Genuinely Seen and Witnessed by Women Who Understand Your Specific Experience.
No translation required. You will develop accountability practices rooted in care and truth, not performance. You will heal in the power of shared story and watch how being witnessed by community shifts something in your body that one-on-one therapy sometimes cannot reach alone.
